How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Free delivery is available on all orders over £30. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — our products are formulated to be fragrance-free and gentle, suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. As with any new skincare product, we recommend doing a small patch test before full use.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the nature of skincare products, we're unable to accept returns on opened items for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days and we'll sort it out for you.

What ingredients are in your products?
Each product page lists full ingredients under the product description. We focus on clean, effective formulas – including squalane, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and botanical extracts depending on the product.

How do I know which product is right for me?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we primarily ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us directly and we'll see what we can arrange.

Is Lumé & Co cruelty-free?
Yes, we do not test on animals and prioritise ethical sourcing throughout our supply chain.
